Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Admissions Assistant to support the Director of Enrollment & Admissions. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective families and plays a critical role in managing the full admissions lifecycle, ensuring accurate data management, and delivering an exceptional admissions experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing timely and professional communication
  • Manage and maintain accurate records within the CRM system, including data entry and application tracking
  • Coordinate and schedule admissions appointments, interviews, and campus tours
  • Monitor and track application progress throughout the full admissions cycle
  • Generate reports and provide data insights to support enrollment planning and decision-making
  • Coordinate logistics for admissions-related events, tours, and information sessions
  • Support and oversee Student Ambassadors and event volunteers
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the administrative office, including filing and general support
  • Collaborate on special projects and process improvements within the admissions department

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in full-cycle admissions, preferably within Education- college or university setting
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)

Schedule Monday-Friday

Start Time 7:00am or 8:00am occasional evenings and weekends for events

Compensation: $20-$25/hour

Start Date: ASAP
